Outdoor Resort Park Rules

  1. There are "Children & Old Folks at Play" - 7 MPH strictly enforced.
  2. Reservations are secured with a credit card. Please register for only the amount of time you are sure that you will stay. We do issue rain checks for emergencies.
  3. Site Check-in: 1:00 p.m.; Check-out: 1:00 p.m.
    Cabin Check-in: 1:00 p.m.; Check-out: 12:00 Noon. If you wish to spend additional time there is a fee of $4.00 per site and $10.00 per cabin until 4:00 p.m. After 4:00 p.m. you will be charged an additional day.
  4. Your camping fee includes up to four (4) people per campsite/cabins. A charge of $2.50 per person will be assessed for additional people up to a limit of six (6) total.
  5. OPEN FIRES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON CAMPSITES. There is a fire pit and grills are available for your enjoyment behind the office/dining hall building.
  6. One camping unit only per site. Other vehicles and boat trailers must be parked in designated areas.
  7. ONE BOAT PER RESERVATION.
  8. There is a one time $5.00 launch charge for your entire visit. When launching your boat, DO NOT LEAVE VEHICLE BY THE BOAT RAMP. THIS IS A "NO PARKING" ZONE. The dock at the launching ramp is for LAUNCHING ONLY> Please do not leave your boat unattended at this dock. OFFICE PERSONNEL ASSIGN DOCKING SPACES.
  9. Each campsite is permitted one picnic table.
  10. Pets must be kept on a 6-8' leash on your site. You must pick up all droppings and deposit in the dumpster. Pets are not permitted in the office, laundry, bathrooms, dining room, lounge, or dock area except when boarding or leaving a boat.
  11. Bicycles and skateboards are not permitted around the recreational areas of buildings. Please park bicycles in the bicycle rack provided. Motorcycles and motor scooters can be used to enter and leave the park only. Golf carts are permitted. Please observe park speed limits. Drive carefully and responsibly.
  12. Please observe "Quiet Time" 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
  13. Please deposit garbage and trash in the dumpster located to the east of the entrance of the park. Please do not throw litter on the ground.
  14. Guest messages will be posted on the bulletin board to the right of the office door. Please check for your messages, ONLY EMERGENCY MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR SITE.
  15. Children under 14 years of age are not permitted in the pool or TV Adult Lounge unless accompanied by an adult. Parents must assume responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their children.
  16. Maintenance Workshop and Housekeeping Facilities are restricted areas.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMPEL ANYONE TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND FOR FAILURE TO OBSERVE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, OR FOR DETRIMENTAL CONDUCT.
